If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Seahorse Atlantic order, simply return it within seven days of delivery and we will replace it (excluding shipping costs) or refund the cost of the item. The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.
Please check the contents of your Seahorse Atlantic package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us immediately upon opening the package (see contact details below). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.
If it is necessary to return items for either of the above reasons, please send us an email to email@example.com, including a note of your full name, address, order number and product details before returning the parcel to the address below.
